Ball mill is a key piece of equipment for grinding crushed materials, and it is widely used in production lines for powders such as cement, silicates, refractory material, fertilizer, glass ceramics, etc., as well as for ore dressing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The ball mill can grind ores and other materials, wet or dry, capable of handling hard material such as feldspar, quartz, iron ore, gold ore, etc.
Ball mill consists of a hollow cylindrical shell(the grinding jar) rotating about its axis, usually lined with abrasion-resistant material and partially filled with balls, which may be made of steel, ceramic, or rubber.
As materials are fed into the grinding jaw, the balls are lifted up by the continuously rotating shell and then they cascade down (or drop down on to the feed), from near the top of the shell. In doing so, the solid particles in between the balls and ground are reduced in size by impact and attrition.
It adopts full hydraulic operation, which is easy to use and easy to realize automation. Its reliability and lifespan are greatly improved.
The discharge port is reasonably designed, and customers can choose an iron remover according to their own needs.
The lining plate and grinding body are made of alumina ceramics, quartz, SILEX or special materials, and the hard minerals are designed with no iron pollution.
The ultra-fine ball mill and classifier form a closed system, with negative pressure transportation and small dust, reducing harm to the human body.
